体内实验Gypenoside LXXV (1.0-100 μM；持续 48 小时) 以剂量依赖性方式减少增殖。Cell Viability Assay Cell Line:Three cancer cell lines (HeLa (cervical cancer cell line), B16 (melanoma cell line), and MDA-MB231 (human breast cancer cell line).Concentration:1.0-100 μM Incubation Time:For 48 hours Result:Reduced proliferation in a dose-dependent manner and inhibited almost all cancer cells at 50 μM.
